Using plants as the starting material, we develop resin raw materials and additives with enhanced biomass content and reduced environmental impact. We also plan and develop cosmetic products based on a natural origin index of 1, with themes of Made in Japan and local production for local consumption.
We extract specific components from natural materials, increase their purity and concentration, and utilize them as raw materials or value-added substances. We also separate, extract, and purify components from materials that were conventionally disposed of by incineration, and sell them as upcycled products.
We conduct small-lot prototyping in the laboratory for planned products, and also perform full-scale prototyping using a 100-liter scale unit (planned installation). For larger scale requirements, production at partner companies is also considered.
We provide support for product planning in chemical products, as well as research support and contract services (currently no services available), accelerating our clients' business development speed.
Since May 2025, we have established a mini-lab in Kitakyushu. Basic experiments, small-lot product repackaging, and shipping operations are conducted from here.
For projects that are difficult to handle at Yahata Lab., we utilize the Fukuoka Prefecture Industrial Technology Center and Kurume Research Park for exploration.
At Yahata Lab., simple reaction operations, mixing, and separation can be performed. We are equipped with instruments capable of heating, cooling, and vacuum operations at scales up to 1L. Analytical instruments are also being introduced on an ongoing basis.
