Development of Specialty Materials Using Natural Ingredients
We develop environmentally friendly resin raw materials and additives with enhanced biomass content, using plant-based materials as the starting point.
Additionally, we plan and develop cosmetic products with a “Made in Japan” theme, based on a Natural Origin Index of 1, ensuring high natural content and sustainability.
Extraction of Ingredients & Development of Upcycled Materials
We separate valuable components from materials that were traditionally disposed of through incineration, repurposing them as upcycled products for market distribution.
Additionally, we extract specialized compounds from natural materials, refining and concentrating them to enhance their purity. This enables their use as raw materials or in high-value-added applications.
Product Planning & Support in the Chemical Industry (Upcoming Service)
We plan to offer support for product planning, research assistance, and contract development in the chemical industry. While this service is not yet available, it will be designed to accelerate our clients’ business development processes.
Small-Scale Prototyping of Planned Products
We conduct small-scale prototyping of planned products in our lab, as well as pilot-scale trials using a 100-liter scale facility (scheduled for installation).
For larger-scale production, we will explore manufacturing options in collaboration with our partner companies.
