最近、AIによる事務処理の省力化がテーマになるケースが多いです。
旧来の思考ですと、「そんなもの、今事足りているし要らない」となりますが、
先日より面白いAIアプリをいくつか見つけることがあり、是非ご紹介させていただきます。
実際に、当ホームページでもかなりの部分で使用していますが、
圧倒的に自身がクリエイトするよりも高いレベルで、且つ、あっという間に出来上がってしまいます。

現在は英語版のみですが、英語でイメージや文章を打ち込むと、それに合わせたAI画像が作成されます。
著作権等も現時点では無いですので、ホームページの画像などに活用できますね。
Napkin AI
文章や単語をいくつく入力するだけで、図表やグラフを作成してくれます。
パワポなどの添付図表の作成など、格段に時短が可能となります。
Felo AI
日本初のAI検索エンジンです。
非常に万能なツールで、使いこなせれば、プレゼン用の資料なども精度高く作成ができます。
昨今では、真偽は不明ですが、Deep Seakが10分の1以下という圧倒的な安い価格で開発されたと話題になりました。
品質の向上が格段に進んでおり、成長期に入った市場ではコスト競争がこれから活発になります。
IT業界もどんどん価格競争に晒されて、厳しくなるのでしょうね。
古い企業体質によってはコンプライアンス云々で利用しづらいのでしょうが、成果の出方は過去から比較しても異常ですし、使わない手はないと私は考えます。

At this point, there are no copyright restrictions, so it can be useful for website images and other content.

By simply entering a few words or phrases, this tool generates diagrams and charts.
It can significantly cut down the time needed to create visual aids for presentations and PowerPoint slides.
Felo AI
This is Japan’s first AI-powered search engine.
It’s a highly versatile tool, and if used effectively, it can help create high-precision presentation materials and other documents.
Recently, there has been talk—though the accuracy of the claim is uncertain—that DeepSeek was developed at an astonishingly low cost, less than one-tenth of typical development expenses.
With AI quality improving rapidly, the market has entered a growth phase, and cost competition is expected to intensify.
The IT industry, too, will likely face increasing price competition, making things tougher.
Some companies with outdated corporate structures may find AI adoption challenging due to compliance concerns. However, the level of efficiency and results AI can achieve today is unprecedented compared to the past, so I believe there’s no reason not to take advantage of it.
